This build has flows but no characterisation. The factors are a separate pass over what the build wrote, so that iterating on a rule about them costs a minute rather than an hour:

uv run consensus-flow-list characterise

It reads EF 3.1's factors off the flows the build published, and the ecoinvent Centre's from the workbook fetch-lcia ecoinvent-3.12 downloads — so fetch that first if you have not.
