No merge run

This database records a transform but no merge, which is what a build without a source list produces.

Merge one in:

uv run consensus-flow-list build --source ecoinvent-3.12

A source list needs its flows downloaded first — see download-ecoinvent-flows — and an ecoinvent licence.
